dear lyela, 

what an honor it was to be called your friend. you were always so kind and down to earth, always managing to bring a smile to a stranger's face. i'm reminded of your presence in so many ways - by wearing pink outfits or layered jewelry, watching pink skies, and hearing laughter around me. your heart was the biggest gift you had, making everyone feel seen and loved by you. so thank you for always being a friend i needed most, you were truly one of a kind. i love and miss you forever

lyela's is a mission where we're finding peace within ourselves, re-learning how to love after grievance, and building a strong community by sharing stories. that feeling of hope and happiness is what made me want to start a clothing brand, so thank you endlessly for being a part of this journey. i hope you love these pieces, and that we can share them together!
